Phoebe Hoffman

Phoebe is a Baltimore-based songwriter whose music blends sharp wit with gut-wrenching vulnerability. In performance, she uses the stage as a space to turn herself inside out, revealing her softest parts for all to see. Drawing inspiration from Joni Mitchell, Frank Turner, and many modern indie artists.
Her debut album will be available on all platforms this fall.
