Cuppa T Jones & 1-800-BLUES is a Maryland-based roots and blues act led by guitarist and singer Cuppa T Jones. Born in Lomé, Togo and raised in Maryland, Cuppa brings together Hill Country rhythms, electric slide guitar, Delta grit, and the African and American traditions that run through the music. Deep, repetitive grooves and call-and-response are at the heart of the sound raw, soulful, and built to move people. Whether playing an intimate room or a festival stage, Cuppa invites the audience into the music, turning a performance into something shared.
