Icarus Phoenix is a Baltimore-based, Montana/Utah-rooted band whose music blends folk’s warmth with rock’s drive, offering intimate narratives and expansive soundscapes. Its members are Drew Danburry (gtr/vox), Eli Sims (drums), Leena Rhodes (gtr/vox/synth), Brendan Russell (bass), Peyton Rodeffer (gtr/vox/etc) as well as Andrew Young (drums, percussion). Played Treefort Music Fest in Boise, ID (2021). DIY tour to Japan (2024).

Drew Danburry is an indie singer-songwriter that has independently toured and released records since 2002. He's released over 500 songs on over 25 albums/17 EPs and played 800 + shows worldwide. Including 2 Daytrotter sessions, 3 invitations to Pop Montreal, and 1 to Pygmalion Music Festival as well as his activity in the band Icarus Phoenix. He's accomplished this long list of achievements almost entirely DIY. He probably will tell you that he loves you.
