Raised in Dallas, Texas in the shadow of the likes of T-Bone Walker, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Nora Jones, Roy Hardgrove and Erikah Badu. Minnesota Vaughn is single-handedly creating a new piece of Americana. Blending multiple styles ranging from Blues, soul, rock, jazz, country n' western and story telling; fashioning a new flaming hot genre for the masses: Urban Folk Music. Simply put, "Tell the people a story they have been longing to hear". Urban Folk is designed to remind us all of, not only where we come from, but where we must go.
