Wild Rivers is a band out of Toronto, Canada that became my new favorite group in 2020. They were the only band I wore a mask to see twice over the initial two years of the pandemic. The first gig was the tail end of one tour in Washington, DC at Union Stage. I stood right next to the stage, which was great for a close-up view, however, it kept me from grabbing the whole stage in photo and video. The video below was from that first show and done just for fun. The second was only a few months later in Baltimore, MD weeks after releasing their 2022 album, Sidelines. The 8x10 is a small venue with a second floor viewing area, perfect for grabbing photos from a unique vantage point.
